Register and get verified
Create your company profile and submit your business documents. Our team verifies you — usually within 48 hours — so hiring stays trustworthy on both sides.

Publish a role with the skills, seniority, and a referral fee you'll pay on a successful hire — in your own currency. Once you're verified, roles go live instantly.

Receive vouched-for candidates
Instead of a flood of applications, trusted recommenders introduce people they know. Each comes with a connection score, a relationship summary, and a written pitch.

Review, message, and interview
Accept the ones you like, ask the recommender for more info, or pass. Message the recommender in-platform and share a meeting link to set up an interview.

Hire, then pay the fee
Mark the outcome when you make a decision. On a successful hire, the referral fee is paid to the recommender via bKash or Stripe. No hire, no fee.
What the connection score means
Every recommendation carries a verified score from 10 to 100 — how closely the recommender actually worked with the candidate. Companies see it before they read a single CV.
